Ok, let's start from the specs of the real car:
There were four options for the 396 in '68, the L-35, L-34, L-78 and
the L-89.
The L-89 was the most powerful V8 with aluminium headers, larger
valves and a holley 4brl carb, producing 375hp@5600rpm and
415lb/ft@3600rpm with a compression ratio of 11.0:1, wich, of course,
is the one i choose for my model. The transmission is a turbo 400 with
a stage 2 shift kit. The times for quarter mile were 14.23@97.28mph
with a 3.73 axle ratio and 4 spd and 13.00@108.6mph with 4.88 axle
ratio, and from 0 to 60mph in 5.8(est.)secs.

About the features of this model:
It has the L-89 396 V8 (of course) with a dual tunnel ram with 2-2brl
carbs (just to remember the good old days playing Street Rod 2 with my
486 :P ), custom dual exaust system with chrome exaust pipes, custom
raised hood, hidden headlights, B.F.G. radials with badass wheels :P
and all the chrome stuff. Now for the interior, it has custom door
panels, a Pioneer single CD player DEH-P63000 and a Pioneer 15-band
graphic equalizer, detailed instrument panel, Autometer tach,
2 mid-range door-mounted speakers with 2 tweeters and 2 Pioneer IMPP
8" woofers, and inside the trunk it has a huge "boombox" with
2 15" Cerwin Vega subwoofers powered by 2 Cerwin Vega power amps.

So now you've got the horses, the power and the looks it's time
to put on your favourite CD and take it for a ride...
